The Spice Shack of Sun Valley
The Spice Shack of Sun Valley was created to ELEVATE your cooking and dining pleasure while never skipping on health!!!! At The Spice Shack of Sun Valley we aim to create and sell tea and spice blends free of fillers or preservatives. While so many spice blends taste flat and loaded with junk and do nothing for the tastes you are seeking. We source our spices and slats sustainably and use local Idaho growers for many of our herbs, which we then dry fresh. We forage wildflowers and more for the enhancement of teas and spice blends. Our blends label all the ingredients so there are no surprises.
Courtney, the founder, wrote a cookbook called River Food and began selling preservative-free teas and small-batch spice blends at a local farmer’s market in 2020. The spice business has grown impressively and now complements her cookbook.
Living and working in the Wood River Valley of Idaho brings endless inspiration and high culinary standards, which reflects in the freshness and flavor of every blend we sell.
The Spice Shack of Sun Valley was inspired by the River Food cookbook and a love for diverse cultures and cuisines. We started with our original River Rub blend and now offer over 20 gourmet spice blends, infused salts and sugars, tea blends, and more.
