Tom Kha Gai
My version of this wonderful rich coconut chicken soup is quick to make using my Thai lemongrass Blend. This soup is what inspired the blend in the first place, but the ingredients are hard to find fresh or at all, so I created this go-to staple for when I need my Tom Kha fix! The Thai Lemongrass blend is great with chicken on the grill as well. It is wonderful in stir fries and Asian sauces, rice dishes and on veggies.
