INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup Cranberry Sugar from THe Spice Shack of Sun Valley ( or white sugar)
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped cranberries
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
¾ cup orange juice
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon orange zest
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add cranberries and walnuts; stir until well coated.
Mix orange juice, egg, oil, and zest in a medium bowl until combined. Pour over flour mixture; stir until just blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of loaf comes out clean, for about 50 minutes.

Let cool in the pan briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
